Our History
Proven Staffing was formed in 2001 as an East Coast staffing/recruiting company to address unmet needs in the burgeoning IT industry. We moved to the DC area in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks, with a renewed focus on finding cleared talent in the DoD and intel space.
The world has changed a lot since then. Foreign adversaries have become more sophisticated. The sheer volume of cyber attacks on both commercial and public entities has increased exponentially. And as this threat has evolved, so has the need to protect against it. Through it all, our goal remains the same: To deliver efficient, cost-effective staffing and recruiting services tailored to your specific staffing budget. We understand the unique business needs of both public and private industry.

Sure, you could spend your own money on such things. Or, you could make the decision to work with a company that comes with its own tools and resources. Proven Staffing already has access to all the major job boards. What’s more, our proprietary, in-house ATS contains over 65,000 cleared, highly-skilled candidates.
